The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Cross River State on Timber Control (North), Ambassador (Chief) Asegem Emmanuel, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Barr. Alphonsus Ogar Eba, the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Cross River State, on the occasion of his birthday.
