The former Member Representing Bekwarra/Obudu/Obanliku Federal Constituency of Cross River State, Rt. Hon. Legor Idagbo, has extended his warm congratulations to High Royal Majesty Utsu Felix Ababeshie Okudare on his recent election as the new Paramount Ruler of Obudu.
