The Deputy Speaker of Cross River State House of Assembly, Hon Sylvester Agabi Jnr has felicitated with Mrs Cassie Duke Idagbo on her birthday anniversary celebration today.
Mrs Idagbo also known as Capt Cassie is the wife of Rt Hon Legor Idagbo a highly respected and reputable leader.
