Born on June 8, 1975, in Imaje, Yala LGA, you have always shown commitment to excellence, from stellar graduation at the University of Abuja (Dip. Law, 1997) and University of Maiduguri (LL.B Hons., 2006), to your call to the bar (2007) and current LLM pursuit at UNICAL.
Having completed NYSC in Kebbi State in 2007, you began legal practice with Erokoro & Co in Abuja in 2008. In 2011, you founded A.O. Eba & Co as Principal Partner, while presiding as MD/CEO of Owoche & Owogbalor Ltd and OwoAda Farms Ltd, demonstrating legal acumen and entrepreneurial drive.
Your journey into public service began in 2015 as legal consultant to the Cross River State Government. Later that year, you were appointed Director-General of Due Process & Price Intelligence Bureau, serving exceptionally well until a full term in 2019.
Elected APC State Chairman in October 2021 by consensus, with full executive endorsement, you introduced the “PLUG” philosophy, Peace, Love, Unity, Growth and led a campaign that grew party membership from 400,000 to over 1.7 million and still growing.
Popularly known as the “political evangelist, you helped Cross River State navigate from a PDP dominated state to the first APC stronghold in South South, Nigeria, organized statewide PVC mobilization, overseeing distribution across 3,281 polling units in 2022.
Your national recognition heightened in March 2024 when President Tinubu lauded your articulate presentation at the Presidential Villa, earning you the title “Chartered Orator.”
Just four months ago, President Tinubu approved your appointment as Chairman of the Governing Council of the Rubber Research Institute in Benin City, an affirmation of your passion for agriculture and national development, and your committment to enhancing food security and agricultural research in Nigeria.
On February 26, 2025, APC’s NEC unanimously appointed you as the sole representative of the South‑South zone to the Seven‑Member APC Constitution Review Committee, led by Gov. Mai Mala Buni. This strategic position places you at the forefront of shaping a more inclusive and robust constitution ahead of the 2027 elections.
