CROSS RIVER APC STATE CHAIRMAN, EBA LEADS PARTY EXCO TO CENTRAL PROGRESSIVE INITIATIVE’S ENDORSEMENT RALLY IN IKOM

The State Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC Cross River State, Alphonsus Ogar Eba Esq, JP on Saturday attended the Central Progressive Initiative rally in his full glory and paraphernalia along with members of the party’s State executive committee in Ikom.

Leaders, stakeholders and members of the APC from the Central Senatorial District including prominent party bigwigs converged at the Ikom Township Stadium to formerly endorsed the State Governor, Apostle Senator Prince Bassey Otu and his deputy, Rt Hon Peter Odey PhD for second term come 2027.

Eba noted that, “This overwhelming show of support reflects the widespread satisfaction with Governor Otu’s people-centered leadership and the tangible progress his administration has achieved.

“We are also thrilled to welcome a wave of defectors from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) across all six local government areas, who have joined our great party. This influx of new members underscores the growing confidence in the APC’s vision and the leadership of Governor Otu and President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

“I urge all members, old and new, to remain committed to our party’s ideals. Together, we will work tirelessly to sustain the progress we’ve made and build a future of shared prosperity for every Cross Riverian.”

While calling on stakeholders and leaders of Southern Senatorial District to follow suit in endorsing the Governor and his deputy for second term, he stated that the endorsement train, which started from the party’s executive committee members to the enlarged Caucus, has been done by leaders of the Northern Senatorial District under the auspices of Northern Cross River Coalition (NORTHCCO), has been successfully done in the Central Senatorial District by the Central Progressive Initiative .
