The National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (NAPPS), Cross River State chapter pays a courtesy call to the Cross River State Commissioner for Education, Senator Stephen Odey Ph D, in his office today at the Ministry of Education Headquarters, Calabar.
The NAPPS delegation was led by the Association’s Chairman, Pastor Abraham Osok, and the Secretary – General, Comrade Bassey Anwana, they commended the Commissioner for his good work in repositioning the State education sector, especially the shorting down of illegal schools in the state, they further appeal for the Commissioner’s intervention on multiple / incessant tax demands by some agencies.
The Commissioner, assured them of the Ministry”s readiness in the streamlining of all payments, he further promised to reach out to all involved so as to put an end to any reoccurrence in the future.
