The entire Yahe Nation has lauded His Excellency, Sen. (Prince) Bassey Edet Otu, the executive Governor of Cross River State for appointing one of their illustrious son, Hon. Francis Odachi Ekpo, as the Director General, State Electrification Agency (SEA).
The leader of the group, Barr. Roland Ipoule, while speaking, describes Governor Otu as an addent administrator and a well refined personality who knows the nitty gritty of governance and sees the appointment of Hon. Francis Odachi Ekpo as putting a square peg in a square hole. He went further to qualify Francis Odachi Ekpo as a loyal person who has proven himself a worthy servant and beliefs he shall perform above expectations as they trust his capacity as a true son of Yahe.
He further urged them to remain faithful and dedicated to the administrative roles of Governor Otu, believing with high hopes that, Governor Otu will in no distant time, return the State to its old glory.
The people has also expressed their total satisfactions and gratitudes to Her Excellency, Pst. (Mrs) Eyoanwan Bassey Edet Otu, the wife of the Governor, for standing by her dear and admirable husband all through the tribunal periods and for upholding her beliefs and virtues as a true mother, a great and supportive wife.
“We are eternally grateful to you, Governor Otu for showing the entire Yahe Nation true love and with this kind gesture expressed towards us so far, we have pledged our unalloyed support to you, your cabinet members and other party stakeholders, throughout the period of your administration, believing that, more sons and daughters of Yahe will still find favour in your administration as we look forward to more appointments”.
