Senator Stephen Odey Ph D, Cross River State Commissioner for Education, has congratulated wife of the Governor, Rev. Eyoanwan Bassey Otu, on the occasion of her 60th birth anniversary.
Senator Odey in his good will message described Her Excellency, Rev Otu, as a selfless mother, tireless giver, unassuming and an epitome of charity.
Continuing he said: “Happy birthday to the amazing woman behind the successes of our dear Governor, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu.
“As your days be, so shall your strength be filled with blessings, good health and happiness,” the Commissioner prayed.
