The Member representing Ogoja State Constituency, Hon. Engr Thomas Aruku, today 19th March, 2024 received in audience Ogoja Community in the Cross River State House of Assembly Commission. The group led by Mr Patrick Edi, congratulated Hon. Aruku for his overwhelming victory in the Appeal Court expressed their joy for the Member representing Ogoja State Constituency in the Cross River State House of Assembly, in recognition of his antecedents.
The group assured Hon. Aruku of their total support to his legislative functions, given that Hon Aruku has over time shown love and commitment to the people of Ogoja and Cross River State.
Receiving the visitors, Hon. Aruku expressed joy and thanked the Staff of the House of Assembly Commission for their kind gesture, and promised to synergize with the group, noting that he is a student who is always willing to learn. He advised them to stay away from anything that would bring dishonor to the service as he would not be part of such act.
High point of the visit was the presentation of a portrait to the Honorable member in recognition of his outstanding service to the people of Ogoja and the state as a whole.
