The Industrial Training Fund Calabar Office, led by Engr. Abdulahi Zabairu, head of training and his team paid a courtesy visit to the Cross River Commissioner for Education, Senator Stephen Odey Ph D, in his Office at the Ministry’s Headquarters Calabar. The meeting centred on seeking possible areas of partnership and collaboration with the Ministry of Education to further strengthen the education sector.
The Commissioner, with the Ministry’s Management Staff received the ITF team, saying:
“We are happy and ready to collaborate with any government agency, we will not delay in looking for the areas we can collaborate as we carefully study your proposal for areas of interest, he remarked.
The Commissioner, on behalf of the Governor Otu, who is determined to transform the education sector, conveyed his esteem regards to the Area Manager, stressing that Education is very wide and the Ministry is ready for collaboration that will boost the education sector, he concluded.
