The deputy speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Hon Sylvester Agabi Jnr on Saturday, December 23, 2023 paid the State Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Alphonsus Ogar Eba Esq. JP, condolence visit at his Imaje residence.
Hon. Agabi who was joined by the newly inaugurated State House member representing Ogoja State Constituency, Hon. Engr. Dr Thomas Aruku, expressed his deepest sympathy to the Chairman and members of the family over the death of their patriarch.
He urged the foremost Political Evangelist to find solace in the outstanding life the late father, Elder Ogar Emmanuel Eba lived and in God our maker who knows everything.
While presenting him with a huge cow ahead of the burial, he assured the state chairman of his total support during this trying and grieving moment. During the condolence visit Hon Aruku also presented a huge cow to support the State Chairman.
He prayed God to comfort the chairman and other family members and grant all affected the fortitude to bear the huge loss.
It would be recalled that the father of the Cross River State APC Chairman, Elder Ogar Eba transited peaceful on Thursday, December 21, 2023.
