Defying the State Executives of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the Governor’s Cup, the Cross River State House of Assembly Members won 2-0. The game demonstrated the assembly members’ athletic prowess as well as their unity and friendship within Cross River State’s political system.
Cross River State House of Assembly Speaker, Rt. Hon. Elvert Ayambem expressed his happiness for the team’s accomplishments. Speaking about the triumph, he said that the Assembly Members’ intense training in the days preceding the game was what made them successful.
