C’River Speaker Extends Eid-El Maulud Greetings to Muslim Community

Rt. Hon. Elvert Ayambem, the Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, has offered his heartfelt congratulations to the Muslim community in the State as they celebrate Eid-el-Maulud, a significant occasion commemorating the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad.

Furthermore, Speaker Ayambem extends his call for unity and peace, urging not only the followers of Islam but all citizens of Cross River State to uphold these core values. He also emphasizes the importance of fervent prayers for the progress and prosperity of the nation.

Ayambem reassures the people that the government, led by Sen. (Prince) Bassey Edet Otu, is committed to not disappointing the citizens of Cross River State. He highlights ongoing efforts within the Cross River State House of Assembly, under his leadership, to introduce legislation aimed at enhancing the state’s economy and improving the living conditions of its residents.
